摘要
On-line hemodiafiltration (ol-HDF) is frequently used in children in Europe, especially in France. Studies in small pediatric populations are in favor of decreased inflammation, improved growth and cardiovascular parameters with on-line hemodiafiltration. The substitution objectives are identical to those used in adults adjusted to body surface area. (C) 2022 Societe francophone de nephrologie, dialyse et transplantation.
