The Dependence of the Component Composition of the Extract of Satureja hortensis L. on the Pressure of the Process of Supercritical CO2 Extraction

摘要
A comparative estimation of the component composition of the extracts of Satureja hortensis L. obtained under supercritical conditions (SC-CO2) at different thermodynamic parameters and the essential oil is carried out. It is determined that the yield of the SC-CO2 extract at 30 MPa (3.72%) is more than double the yield at 10 MPa (1.79%) and essential oil content (1.75%). The main components of the extracts are alpha-thujene, myrcene, alpha-terpinene, p-cymene, gamma-terpinene, thymoquinone, thymol, carvacrol, (E)-caryophyllene, beta-bisabolene, n-hexadecanoic acid, methyl linolenate, and n-triacontane. Here, substances such as beta-cis-terpineol, neophytadiene, hexadecanoic acid, linoleic acid, methyl linolenate, n-pentacosane, n-hexacosane, n-nonacosane, and squalene are only present in the extract obtained at 30 MPa and 50 degrees C.
