摘要
This papers demonstrates, that singularity generated turbulence has substantial influence on heat and mass transfer. A method is described for modeling of the source terms of turbulence in spacer grids. Then, the heat and mass transfer in boiling flow is described by theoretically derived correlation considering the variable turbulence characteristics. The relation to the existing correlations is provided. Comparison with experimental data demonstrates the usefulness of the proposed methods.
