摘要
This paper presents a rock-lining interaction formula for concrete lining designs of pressure tunnels. This formula is derived from the formulation by Kruse (1970). Geotechnical parameters in this derivation include the deformation modulus of the disturbed rock adjacent to tunnel excavation, as well as that of the intact rock out of the tunnel excavation influence zone. Comparisons and discussions are made between the presented and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineering's (1978) formulations. Practical design considerations and a numerical algorithm, based on the derived formulation, are given.
