摘要:
The role of real-world emissions from mobile sources on air quality is not completely understood. In the past, however, significant progress has been made in improving vehicle emission inventories and mobile source emissions models. In major urban areas, mobile sources are thought to be the dominant source of hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide emissions and an important contributor to nitrogen oxide emissions. This summary provides a synopsis of the most recent research projects designed to understand the contribution of real-world mobile source emissions.
