摘要：

A conception of an active virtual laboratory on the Internet as an effective tool for training and for the collective development of common projects by remote designers has been developed at the Belorussian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, in Minsk, Belarus. This paper presents the most recent results in the usage of the active virtual Internet laboratory for distance learning in integrated circuit technology simulation.
