摘要
The polymer materials such as PGA, PLA and PGLA can be used to manufacture nerve conduits which turns out to be acidic after degradation, while suitable pH value for most cells growth is between 7. 2-7. 4. When the pH value is less than 6.5, cell growth speed will continue to slow down. Chitosan turns out to be alkaline after degradation. So the coating on the surface of nerve conduits can improve the liquid pH value of nerve conduits during the static degradation, which will be good for cells to survive. The aim of this experiment is to study how the times of chitosan coating of neural tube influent the pH value after degradation, to solve the problem of the neural tube which is acidic after degradation against cell growth and to provide the references.
