摘要：
The preventive maintenance is defined as a collection of activities aimed at improving the overall reliability and availability of the system. preventive maintenance schedule is a maintenance system is essential for manufacturing organizations in order to maintain competitiveness. The methodology is based on the use of a Monte Carlo simulation to calculated to determine the expected value of a random variable. The Monte Carlo simulation depict different failure models of equipment and uses the prioritization of maintenance supplied, the availability of labour and spare parts.
