摘要
A new multinuclear dibutyltin(IV) complex [(n-Bu)(4)Sn-2{2,5-F2C6H3C(=O)NHO}(2){2,5-F2C6H3C(=NO)O}](2) 1, was synthesized and structurally characterized by melting point measurement, elemental analysis, FT-IR, H-1, C-13, Sn-119 NMR spectroscopies, and X-ray diffraction analysis. The complex exhibited in vitro antitumor activity against a murine sarcoma carcinoma cell line (S-180), which was higher than that of 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu), currently used clinically as an antitumor agent.
