摘要
Ag dendrites/AgCl (AgD/AgCl) hybrid thin film was fabricated through a simple electrodeposition method for the first time. The obtained thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and UV-vis spectroscopy techniques. The synthesized thin films were used to fabricate a photodetector, which possess a fast responses time with an excellent reproducibility, (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
