Since January 2000 halogenated greenhouse gases (CFCs, HCFCs, HFCs) are measured continuously at the high Alpine station of Jungfraujoch (3580 in asl.) in Switzerland. These measurements are a part of the EU-project SOGE (System for Observation of Halogenated Greenhouse Gases in Europe) and of a Swiss national project. They have the aim of producing a sound database in order to estimate European emissions down to a regional scale. In this study examples of the continuous data set are exhibited and first results from our statistical trajectory model are shown, illustrating specific European source regions for different substances.
