摘要
The statistical relationships between annual precipitation data from the meteorological stations of Siberia and a number of variables characterizing the state of the Earth's atmosphere and hydrosphere and the near-space was analyzed. It was shown that the significance estimation does not guarantee the reliability of the final simulation result when testing a variety of hypotheses. The relationships steady in time and significant according to the Fisher's criteria have been found to occur mainly between the precipitation sums. A frequency analysis of the predictors' occurrence leads to the conclusion that the most likely factors of interannual variability of annual precipitation are atmospheric circulation features and ocean surface temperatures.
