摘要
On the basis of analyzing knowledge audit-oriented evaluation index factors of enterprise knowledge management ability, the knowledge audit-oriented multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of enterprise knowledge management ability was established. Application in practice shows that the model can overcome the subjective defect of qualitative evaluation method and has rationality and validity. The model is one kind of practical tool on evaluating enterprise knowledge management ability, which ultimately makes enterprises improve their knowledge management ability.
