摘要
The electric heater is a typical industrial complex object. It is notable to have many system characteristics, such as multi-variable, time-varying, nonlinear, significant time delay and so on. Therefore, it is very hard to give the exact mathematical model and to confirm parameters. Aim at the present condition, this paper designs a two-dimensional fuzzy controller. The simulation results show that its control effect is better than traditional PID control in some extent. It has good adaptive abilities, strong robustness and control stability. Based on above, the paper implements fuzzy control of electric heater temperature in Industrial network environment. Experiments demonstrate that the fuzzy control strategy has a favorable control results.
