摘要:
This paper presents 2D TV signal to 3D displaying techniques based on embedded system. The moving object is efficiently segmented by adaptive differential method of interframes. For 3D display, the object depth is based on the object size and its location. Larger object size is assigned to higher depth value. When the object is close to the central region, the higher depth value is employed to appear stereo effect in vision perception. The embedded system with ARM core is used to perform the 3D converting algorithm for real-time purpose. With multi-tasks processing, the processing time for 3D algorithm is 43ms per frame, which can meet real-time requirement. Experiments show that the TV signal can be converted to 3D signal for real-time program displaying.
