摘要
A study was conducted to demonstrate that the conclusions regarding gender differences in blog use were different. The study required students to use blogs as a filter through which learners annotated their collected web pages. The task of publishing filter-type posts was found to help students to collect and arrange information about their writing. The sample in the investigation included 17 students who joined the introduction to instructional media course taught at a research university in Taiwan. The requirements of this class were based on their interests where each student had to collect at least 20 web pages every week and these web pages were to be added to the course-based blog. Students also needed to write comments about each web page collected by them. The investigations revealed that the satisfaction and blog self-efficacy of students enrolled in the class were interesting with the use of the blog as a learning environment during the class.
