摘要
Taking quality, cost, progress and safety as owner project management goal, this paper establishes each level of the project performance evaluation index system. Unifying Lean Construction theory, the index system is further consummated from seven aspects including punctual procurement and punctual construction, kanban management, parallel construction, balanced construction, flexible construction system, lean quality assurance, pull-type control. Then the index system is applied in the Yizhang-Lianzhou expressway construction project management performance evaluation, and the multi-level-grey relation assessment model is established, which have confirmed the scientific nature and feasibility of the index system proposed in the paper.
