摘要：
As illegal and unhealthy content on the Internet has gradually increased in recent years, there have been constant calls for Internet content regulation. But any regulation comes at a cost. Based on the principles of the cost-benefit theory, this article conducts an in-depth discussion on China's current Internet content regulation, so as to reveal its latent patterns.
