摘要：

This case report describes a pregnancy in a patient with autosomal-dominant adult polycystic kidney disease and congenital hepatic fibrosis, a very rare and problematic combination. In particular, hypertension and renal dysfunction caused problems during this pregnancy. Peritoneal dialysis became necessary. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd.
