摘要
This work relies on the User Centered Design theory, and includes the stages of user interface analysis, design and evaluation for collaborative systems in group apprentices. It aims at attaining the best quality for educational processes inherent to the e-learning environment, by means of an early quality evaluation based on quality attributes specification. This proposal also allows the evolution of an apprentice, as a main actor and organizer of the e-learning environment.
