The Tacit Knowledge Management Model of R&D Project Team Based Process Perspective

Effective management of tacit knowledge is an important way to realize the value knowledge. This paper discourses three core theses, one is that tacit knowledge management it establish and promote the learning closed-loop, the second is that Learn Before, Learn During Learn After is a better way to achieve tacit knowledge management of R&D project team, and the ' is that tacit knowledge management and process management must be organic integrated. This pa builds the tacit knowledge management model of R&D project team based on process perspecti' and proposes key knowledge management practices that support the model.
