摘要:
Temperature dependences of the linear permittivity epsilon' and coefficient of the third harmonic generation gamma(3) were studied for the nanocomposite produced by embedding the LiCsSO4 ferroelastic into porous alumina with a pore size of 100 nm compared to the bulk counterpart. The thermal hysteresis was found for the non-linear coefficient gamma(3) in the nanocomposite at the ferroelastic phase transition. The phase transition temperature in the nanocomposite increased by 15 K upon warming. The results observed were ascribed to mechanical stresses in confined LiCsSO4 nanorodes.
