摘要
Boratabenzenes are heterocyclic 6 pi-electron aromatic anions that can serve as surrogates of cyclopentadienyl-type ligands in the rare-earth metal chemistry. The synthesis of mono-, bis- and tris(boratabenzene) rare-earth metal complexes, including the divalent and trivalent rare-earth metal derivatives, their halides, amides, and alkyls are summarized in this review. Their structural features, stoichiometric reactivity, and catalytic activity are also presented. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
