摘要：

The development of modern industrial civilization brings a series of environmental problems. At present, the environmental personality right is of great research value and practical value. The national Statue Law has great tension, but needs the help of social norms, such as Common Law, in terms of the protection of environmental personality right. Based on the profound exploration of environmental personality right, the significance of the Common Law in protecting the environmental personality right is discussed in this paper.
