摘要
The thermal decomposition reaction of the cyclohexanone cyclic diperoxide has been studied in different solvent (2-butanol, acetic acid, chlorobenzene and 2-propanol/benzene) at 0.02 M initial concentration of diperoxide and in the temperature range of 40 - 165 degreesC. The corresponding kinetic parameters have been compared with the literature data for the same reaction in other organic solvents. The enthalpy and entropy of activation of the reaction of this diperoxide in several organic solvents have been correlated through an "isokinetic relationship" to validate the existence of a genuine solvent effect on that reaction.
