A series of photoluminescence materials containing europium fluorescence complex and PMMA that show high intensity of fluorescence were prepared. The fluorescence spectra demonstrated that the fluorescence intensity increased with the increasing of the content of europium complex in the film. The FTIR study showed that there are weak interaction between the complex and PMMA. The TEM results indicated that the complex crystallize in the PMMA film and the size of the particles is 100nm to 200nm.
