摘要：
Three software development team archetypes and their implications are discussed. Software development require people to interact with each other and with both the technical methods and computing technologies they use to perform their work. The generic archetypes of software development teams include sequential, group and network. These archetypes help to provide guidance and to understand the more practical issues of hybrid models, the approaches to software development that combine elements of the three social archetypes.
