摘要：

This paper presents a characteristic mode solution of the transmission problem in three regions separated with two infinitely parallel conducting plane with rectangular apertures. The mediums in the three regions are assumed to be linear, isotropic, homogeneous, and lossless. The geometry is excited by a plane wave whose magnetic fields are parallel to the conducting planes. Numerical solutions for the field and the radiated power are obtained with respect to the plane separations and aperture transverse location.
