摘要
Support for collaborative work requires knowledge about process to manage collaborative processes to achieve common goals. The paper identifies two kinds of process knowledge. One is the knowledge of how to capture and convert knowledge into a form useful within business processes. This includes the definition of knowledge object and knowledge creation activities. The second is how to integrate the knowledge activities into the business process. The paper defines a process for knowledge management based on Nonaka's knowledge creation process and proposes a way to integrate the process into business processes.
