摘要：

Culture is a kind of invisible soft power, exerting a subtle influence on national security, which is a deep-seated issue of national security. Conflict between nations in the twenty-first century which caused by social values of the culture is called "cultural conflict". Therefore, studying the cultural factors in national security and safeguarding national cultural security has become an important issue that we are facing.
