Research on Risks Identification and Control of Virtual Enterprise

Virtual enterprise (VE) will play a more and more important role in economy development. It raises market adaptability and group cooperation ability through its dynamic management. But, the VEs have to cope with many risks in order to survive in the increasingly competitive global market because of requirements and opportunities changing rapidly and there are too many risks to VEs' construction and operation. How to identify these risks and control these risks are success factors for these enterprises. The study will research on the risks of VEs which includes management risks, investment strategic risks, and moral hazard and market risks and so on. Risk controlling mechanism is advised to overcome these operation barriers among participating enterprises, reduce market uncertainty and enhance the level of investment strategy.
