摘要：

2008 is a very special year, the global financial crisis had the huge influence to the various trades and occupations, the college graduates employment market has also been a certain impact, the employment situation of college graduates is not optimistic. The paper analyzed the current situation and the reasons of the employment difficulties, gave some strategies which can promote student to get employed from the government, universities and students point of view, and hoped through tripartite effort to create a favorable employment situation for college graduates.
