An Analysis on Approaches to Enhancing Employment Quality of Higher Vocational Graduates of Tourism Major

At present, since higher vocational colleges have no clear teaching features in tourism major, with no scientific outlook and perspectiveness and insufficient practice in major setup, under the period of transformation of macro-economy and employment restructuring, the employment quality of higher vocational tourism major graduates is of low level. Higher vocational colleges should promote employment quality of graduates by setting up characterized majors, enhancing vocational practice, implementing "order-type" training and boosting teaching quality.
