摘要
this article seeks to explore the possibilities of analyzing judicial processes through the semantic theory of Discourse Analysis, as well as memory as a theoretical methodological tool. For this, the concept of interdiscourse is used as a point of contact between the two theories, based on the definition by Eni Orlandi (2000) that speech is a language practice, and that it has a dimension of memory. In this way, the concepts of discursive memory (interdiscourse) and high-level memory are explored, according to Joel Candau (2012). In order to reflect on the proposal, a brief analysis of the trajectory of a Portuguese immigrant who arrives in Curitiba in 1878 and is accused of "alleged name crime" follows the debate.
