摘要
Based on the catalytic effect of iron-tetrasulfonatophthalocyanine (FeTSPC) and the supramolecular feature of gamma-cyclodextrin (gamma-CD), a new mimetic peroxidase has been used to the determination of hydrogen peroxide. Here we use the oxidation of a chromogenic substrate in the reaction between o-phenylenediamine (OPDA) and hydrogen peroxide to form 2,3-diaminophenazine (DAPN). The optimum concentration of FeTSPC and gamma-CD were studied. The value of pH = 5.8 was found to be the optimum value for the experiment. The influence of different ions. on the peroxidase activity of FeTSPC and gamma-CD was investigated. Under optimum conditions, the calibration graph has a linear range of 5.0 x 10(-6)-8.0 x 10(-5) mol/L hydrogen peroxide with a detection limit of 7.4 x 10(-8) mol/L in a 20-40 min reaction period. The relative standard deviation at a hydrogen peroxide concentration of 1.0 x 10(-5) mol/L was 3.74% (n = 9). Satisfactory results were obtained in the detection of hydrogen peroxide in real samples by this method.
