摘要
Vitreous B2O2 is a model glass whose physical properties may depend on thermal history and hydroxyl ion, OH-, concentration. A set of different B2O3 glasses has been prepared and their elastic, acoustic and thermodynamic properties were investigated around the glass-transition temperature T-g by differential scanning calorimetry and Brillouin-scattering. A noticeable variation of the 'fictive' temperature T-f, sound velocity and elastic constants was found from glass to glass. Mass density rho is a simple and useful parameter to characterize the glassy state of a given B2O3 sample. Correlations among these physical properties of B2O3 glasses are presented and discussed.
