摘要
We have successfully isolated mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) from bone marrow of human adult donors and fetal hematopoietic tissues: yolk sac, liver, spleen, thymus, bone marrow. MSC were isolated, cloned and transplanted into murine gluteus muscles in order to compare migration potential of cellular populations of early and late passages. We have shown that MSC with selected properties can be grown in large scales on suspension microcarriers "Cytodex I".
