摘要：

Metro Bilbao training program for novice drivers has been divided into 3 main stages. This paper describes how the simulator was integrated in each stage, and a comparison with an eadier training program given without simulator is included. The training transfer is analysed in terms of TER for each stage. The results reveal that a high transfer is achieved, even in the advanced stages of the training, validating the simulator for training in complex driving conditions.
