Automatic frequency correction for quantification of magnetic resonance spectroscopic images

摘要
We present two new methods based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA) using the complex Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) and cross-correlation of the magnitude spectra for correcting frequency shifts of resonances in sets of Magnetic Resonance (MR) spectra and spectroscopic images. After a description of the methods, we compare their performance on simulated data sets of Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopic Images and discuss their advantages and limitations.
