Synthesis and antimicrobial activity of N-(substituted)-N′-[8-oxidodinaphtho-16H-(2,1-D:(1′,2′-G)1,3,2-dioxaphosphocin-8-yl]ureas

摘要
Substituted dinaphtho-16H-(2,1-d:(1',2'-g)1,3,2-dioxaphosphocin-8-yl]ureas ((5a) under bar -i) were synthesized by reacting bis (2-hydroxy-1-naphthyl)methane ((4) under bar) with different carbamidophosphoric acid dichlorides ((3) under bar) in the presence of triethylamine in dry toluene at 45-50 degrees C. Their structures were established by elemental analysis, IR, H-1, C-13 & P-31 NMR spectral data. These compounds were found to possess good antimicrobial activity.
