摘要
Material drawn from a case study of two distinct institutions of higher education is deployed to illustrate the dynamic interaction between technology implementation and organizational change, knowledge and learning. This was achieved by examining the context in which innovation happened at both institutions. Using the concept of active and latent context, the creation of organizational knowledge was investigated from observations, comparative analysis of institutional documents, formal and informal conversations, and interviews. Findings from this analysis expect to provide insights on how learning communities comprised of 'segmented networks' might be instrumental in achieving and sustaining change in higher education.
