摘要
This paper proposes the necessity and the process research of Crisis Management to help business healthy exist and develop in the more intensive competence. Process research involves crisis prevention, crisis disposal and crisis conclusion. During the period of carrying out the crisis prevention system four successful experiences should be followed. In addition, the enterprises should dispose the crisis when the unexpected affairs happen; they should decrease the direct economic loss and the negative influence to be the least. Finally, they also should draw a conclusion of the crisis management work, set up competitive reputation as well as form the better cooperation image based on the disposal of the crisis affairs.
