摘要：

Clear cell sarcoma is a rare malignant soft tissue tumor. The tumor typically involves the tendons and aponeuroses and rarely presents in the mediastinum. We report a rare case of an anterior chest wall clear cell sarcoma in a 12-year-old male without relevant medical history.
