摘要
Substituted 2-amino-6,8-diaryl-5-oxo-pyrimido [4,5-d] pyrimidin-7-thiones and 3,4-dihydro-2-amino-4-phenyl-6,8-diaryl-5-oxo-pyrimid [4,5-d] pyrimidin-7-thiones have been synthesized by reacting various condensation products derived from thiobarbituric acids with guanidine nitrate in sodium methoxide and methanol.
