摘要
Superlattices consisting of alternating layers of organic/polymeric materials have been fabricated from tris(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum (Alq(3)) and poly(N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) by multisource-type high-vacuum organic molecular deposition. The characteristics of superlattice structures are determined by the small-angle X-ray diffraction, optical absorption and photoluminescence. Electroluminescent devices (ELDs) with a superlattice structures have also been fabricated and the emission characteristics are discussed.
