摘要
The film of poly (N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) polymers and its composite film of PVK/C-60 were prepared successfully by spin-coating method at speed of 1200 rms for 30 s. Atomic force microscopy (AFM), UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and the photoluminescence (PL) were used to investigate the film structure and optoelectronic properties. The PL quench was observed for the PVK/C-60 composite film. The current increased near three orders of magnitude under illumination for PVK/C-60 composite film comparing with that in the dark through I - V measurement, which resulted from the electron transfer from PVK to C-60.
