摘要
The performance of a 4-station Multi-Terminal MMC HVDC system (MTDC-MMC-HVDC) is predicted by numerical integration of 57 first order Ordinary Differential Equations (ODEs). Wind power oscillation is also considered in this model. Because larger step-size can be used in the numerical integration of ODEs, to simulate a same size MTDC-MMC-HVDC system, the computations speed of our model increases over SIMULINK of MATLAB (fully detailed switching model) by a factor of 240. Fast simulation methods are necessary in the design of MTDC-MMC-HVDC systems.
