摘要
Study on translation ethics teaching is currently under investigation by many scholars, but no consensus has been reached as to how to cultivate the right professional ethics and subjective ethics of the students. With professional translators and students from three Chinese cities in Hubei Province as objects, a study has been conducted to investigate the current situation of professional ethics teaching in translator training courses. The results analysis from the data collected has demonstrated that, due to the complexities of professional situations, no satisfactory teaching method has been applied in teaching translation ethics. Based on the collected data and current studies of ethics teaching, case analysis and role play have been proposed as possible solutions.
