Spinal subdural hematoma is a rare complication of cranial surgery. This study reports a case of postcraniotomy lumbosacral spinal subdural hematoma in the absence of predisposing factors. A review of the literature is also presented. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
