摘要
Influence of the ultrasonic shock treatment (USST) on microhardness and microstructure of aluminium,pi 16 alloy is investigated. Maximal effect of the microhardness increasing under USST makes similar to 200%. As shown by a transmission electron microscopy, the maximal hardening is reached in absence of the local shear bands at presence of the structure with high curvature of the crystal lattice in presence of the chaotic substructure, which reconstructs itself in the reticulated dislocation substructure.
